“ I love a crossing the bridge noodle. And I love a tomato soup. I swear I've been to this place before under a different name and different interior. The place itself feels very modern and clean. We ordered via QR code online, and the food came out fairly quickly. We ordered the chicken wings which were so good. They're soy sauce marinated which is so nostalgic. They were so juicy as well. Don't expect a big crunch though, it's definitely not deep fried w batter. The tomato crossing the bridge noodles were yummy. Soup is on the tart-er side in terms of tomato broths, but I still enjoyed it. I definitely felt like the soup was hot enough to cook everything thoroughly. The key is to not hesitate haha Overall, very yummy! I'd love to come back and try their other dishes. Bonus, get some moge tea which shares the space, as dessert! ”
“ I've heard good things about this restaurant and decided to give a try. The parking was complimentary but it got filled up quickly during the dinner time. The ambiance was intimate and private. On the left side of the restaurant, there was a separate counter service for boba tea business. The server was friendly and we ordered popular crossing bridge noodles, seafood salad, chicken wings and desserts. The portion was generous and everything was delicious. Good experience and we look forward to returning. ”
“ Nan noodles is one of my go to spots when I'm craving soupy noodles! They have a variety of rice noodle options and spicy noodles as well. TRADITIONAL - 4/5 GOLDEN PEPPER BEEF - 5/5 I've been here on multiple occasions and have tried their traditional crossing the bridge rice noodle, golden pepper beef, and some of the spicy noodles. My absolute go to is the golden pepper beef rice noodle. The broth is really flavorful - both sour and spicy. It contains broccoli, fatty beef slices, and corn. Their rice noodle bowls are also huge.. I usually never finish so I take the broth home. The bowl is also piping hot so I let the soup cool for a minute before putting the rice noodles in (otherwise the noodles get too soft). Their spicy noodles are also really flavorful and yummy, but they are a smaller portion. The noodles are thin and firm and can absorb the flavor well. The service is good and there usually isn't a wait as there are many tables. There is also dessert right inside the restaurant (Moge Tea) if you're craving a fruity smoothie or bubble tea afterwards :) I highly recommend this place! (It was my cousins favorite place after taking her to many restaurants in the area) ”
“ Pretty good noodle spot! Came here on a Thursday night and got seated after a few minutes. The restaurant was pretty decently packed. The overall vibe was nice and clean. Very bright and there was a little boba corner in the restaurant that we tried out to get some boba while we waited. The food was exactly what we needed on a nice cold day. The broth was super flavorful and there was a lot of meat. Noodles cooked to my liking. I left feeling very satisfied. Service wasn't the best. Our server was nice and all but we weren't checked up on. I'd come here again if I'm in the mood. ”
“ Their hot noodle soup is perfect on Seattle's gloomy days. I tried that tomato broth and was very happy. The soup was light, tangy and steamy and paired very well when slurping those rice noodles. Their pig ear side dishes were all well flavored. I ordered some noodle soup to go and they packed them very well. Service was fast and friendly. Dinning room is bright and clean. ”
“ I really like crossing-the-bridge noodles, and this place does it decently well. I got the spicy and the broth was really flavorful and rich. For the ingredients, I've seen places that have a wider variety and bigger portions, but the ones they provided were OK; would definitely have liked to see more offerings. Noodle texture was great! ”
“ Noodles were all super fresh, silky and soft. All the soup dishes came out piping hot! Definitely, very rich soup base so I highly recommend the cucumber appetizer to help cleanse and balance the rich, fatty soup base. ”
